two things to do if its a hydraulic clutch, blid all the fluid out and replace a new one. and if it is cable clutch it can be the pressure plate.

do you mean you get a lot of juddering and vibration when pulling away? maybe check your engine/gearbox mounts first,if ok then your g/box may have to come out for a look at your clutch.
