we have got a Samsung p1253 washing machine and its not longer under warranty. it no longer functions because the inner drum appears to be lose and obviously won't turn.

taking the lid off, it looks almost impossible to get the drum out to take it apart to see what has gone wrong. a gentleman from comet has been out, and without taking the lid of has diagnosed £250 worth of parts.

i just wondered if you could check first to see what has actually come of. any ideas? comments on how to dissemble the washing machine?
