Hoover HDC7 FM UK=> Not starting/spinning?

Hi,
I have a Hoover HDC7 FM UK tumble dryer.

Problem:
After setting timer, I press Start but the motor doesn't turn, I can here a "brrr..." noise comming from the motor.
Everything works (heating, door switch...) but the motor.

I opened the machine, took out the drum and press the start button again:
- The motor just try to initiate a spin then stop,
- The motor makes a light "brrr" noise,
- The motor will not keep turning if I initiate it manually,
- The motor offers almost no resistance if I turn it by hand (isn't it supposed to?).

Questions:
- Is it a capacitor problem? How can I check that?
- Can it be a motor brush problem?

Thanks for your help!
