Neff R4381 'Empty water container' light comes on?

Our R4381 dries for 5-10 minutes then the 'Empty Water Container' alarm sounds and the dryer stops. We have the dryer plumbed straight to drain and the container is full. Turn off the dryer, start again and it runs for another 5-10 minutes. Can anyone help?
