Chances are that you have loosened the back panel when moving the wardrobe. Make sure the wardrobe is square and then re-fix the back panel in place, usually done with small nails.

B&Q or Home Depot.
Buy a couple of 50 mm, 2 inch angle brackets and attach to top of wardrobe so they're out of sight.
