memory card?

I have a mio gps moo 246 which comes with some maps built in and a slot to put in a memory card.
When i entered a 4 G sdhc containing maps the device doesn't recognize it and doesn't show the maps

May not recongnize the map format or wrong type of card.
Try downloading maps to PC and reload to sat nav using correct memory card.
