i have a canon copier ir 2270 ist has both the printer usb port and the Network port.
it can copy very well but it can not print, what could be the problem, please help.
Is it print enabled? does the scan option show on the display?, check device configuration by pressing the counter 123 button then select if a print option is shown. If not you will need a print kit/rom for it

have u tried loading the driver .check the usb port first and then if it is ok check network connection.u can also check in netwrok settings the connection by using the ping command.by using DAHCP u can automatically detect the ip .
