Hi
I have removed the back panel to find the ends of all four brown wires burnt out. I can't figure out (a) how do I remove them (do I cut the wires and refit?) and (b) do I replace the two white round qizmos they are attached to?
Is that what is implied by the 'kit' - can I buy the whole lot and rewire?

Cut the wires and replace the connectors. The 2 small round objects are the thermostats. They need to be replaced and should come in the kit.
