It appears the dishwasher tablet holder is not opening properly when the dishwasher is on resulting in the wash completing without the dishwasher tablet. Could any one help/advise me? Thanks

if the dispencer is faulty then you would have to replace it.Unless you do prewash programs you might as well put the wash tablet directly on the silver filter bit in the base and forget about the dispencer.A wash tablet with a red ball in the centre (mention no names) has been known to stop the dispencers releasing!
