How can I fix my exxcel 1400 washing machine?

My Washing machine womt heat the water up and stays on the wash cycle.Wont rinse or spin.

I have checked the Element and Thermostat.Both are working.Machine will still not heat water up and stay on the wash cycle.

sounds like the heater or thermostat has given up the ghost,the machine will not advance unless the thermostat detecs the right temp,check the heater and the assoc wiring in case a lead has come off
