samsung alarm keeps sounding to tell of temp change?

my samsung double fridge freezer alarm keeps sounding to tell of temperture changing, every time it beeps the display shows a different temp, this can change from 7,2 5 6 1 in a matter of seconds. does anyone know how to overcome this problem, cheers.
