Could too small a fuse affect tamper alarm operating but not house alarm?

to answer your very direct question,no,a fuse will not affect tamper in any way,a tamper condition affects tamper.i.e loose cover on pir or short circuit in door contact,or bell box,short circuit in battery,keep taking the pills alarm guy,you aint getting any better
