sorry its a citroen picasso yes there is water in the bottle they just dont work the motor dosent do any thing even though there is power to it and the motor is ok as i have taken it off and tested it thanks

could be-jets blocked,pipe off/leaking,filter in bottle clogged-up.can't guess what vehicle make/type it is though! [i'm assuming it's got water in it.]
