Plug it into a desktop/laptop with a good active antivirus in it, then run a virus scan to include that drive (usually F:) If it can't fix it, it should quarantine it.
Your antivirus should automatically only scan C: drive, but in the optional settings, it should offer to scan other areas too. Because it is a removable drive, you also need to reset your antivirus afterwards to just scan the usual drive/s or it will take longer trying to locate the extra drive that isn't there and may return error messages.
