machine is working but no heat,have replaced heater but there is still no heat

inside the drum is a thermostat they go open circuit.hold a mirror inside the drum where you put the clothes in and look up at the top of the drum.you will see a key hole plastic shapes piece held on with 2 screw.remove this to access the thermostat.replace thermostat and test
