when i install updates,my laptop restarts,i log in but all i get is the program loading.i have to start it in safe mode with network,i know its something to do with the resolution.i have opened control panel and changed resolution,then i restart,most of the time it will not load,only occasionally it will open in normal mode.im not very computer literate,so simple easy answers please.
