My vauxhall cavalier isnt idling proberly?

My vauxhall cavalier isnt ideling proberly...she is a 93 1.6 petrol saloon! She idels up and down when the heating hand is over quarter way up! I have changed the distributar cap and rotary arm and changed the spark plugs but it still remains the same!

sounds like contamination in throttle housing spray inside with wd40 and clean out
