I have a Hotpoint Aquarius WT540 when I started a quick wash programme it began to fill then stopped quite quickly and the mini load light flashed along with the on/off light. I have to turn it off at the mains. I have checked and cleaned both the inlet and pump filters and it is still doing the same. Can anyone help it is just over 3 and 1/2 years old.
My Hotpoint WT540 is making a loud grating/banging noise on spin could this be the bearing. It seems this model is difficult to repair with the drum having to be split. Any info would be appreciated

A wire from my wifes bra has somehow gone through the holes in the internal drum. Can i retrieve this or do i have to call an engineer. The washing machine sounds okay now so is it safe to use?

check your water fill valves i think it may be the hot one.Try it on a rinse cycle if OK cold is OK and it is the hot one at fault
