How can I fix my Dell Inspirons 6400 screen hinge problem?

The front cover on my Inspiron 6400's screen has begun to part from the back cover, just at the corner where the hinge is. Its as if the hinge is frozen and causing the covers to split when lowering the screen. I tightened the loosened screws but problem stil exist.

I solved the problem. I removed the cover with power button on it by using screwdriver. I unscrewed LCD's six screws by suitable screw driver. (Don't spoil them with unsuitable screwdriver). Unscrew the twin screws looking at you on each hinge. Just at the back of the hinge, you should see a metal part with a CTRL button size and only one screw holds it but from wrong side. Unscrew also this single screw and glue this CTRL button sized metal piece with a strong but thin glue. (Be careful! Any excess of glue can cause the metal piece not fit or any leak of glue can melt plastic). Screw the screws back. It has been two weeks I am using my laptop in such way and it didn't loosened again.
