Checked the fuse and found it had blown, replaced it with a new one but then found all the lights on the dash are on without the key in the ignition and car wont start! but central locking does work! Im well confused!...I have removed the fuse again, lights go out on dash and the car starts fine!!!.....pls help me!!!
