how do I use my Hygena classic oven grill?

I have just moved house and have a Hygena classic oven, but no instructions left. I can manage the oven but do not know how to use the grill. Can you help.

Turn the grill control knob either clockwise to the dual grill settings which are coloured red or anticlockwise to the single grill which are coloured white.
