how do I repair/replace the rear wiper on my 55 mondeo estate?

how can I repare or replace the rear wiper on my mondeo estate. The jet works ok but the arm seems to be seized. How do I access the motor, I can't see how the cover comes off, there are no screws!!

the cover will be held on with poppers,just carefully prise off and the motor assy should be more accessible then,had outer spindle bushes sticking on these
