Baxi Luna 310 Fi , fluctuating DHW temps?

I have a Baxi Luna 310 Fi, which is a combo boiler/DHW heater. I have had troubles since installed 5 years ago with fluctuating DHW temps. I am on a private well so Pressure does fluctuate some. Any ideas for cure?
