we have electricity to the boiler and you can heat the pump work but the flame in the downstairs unit is not being ignited therefore we have not heating or hot water. We believe this has an automatic ignitian switch and have switched off and on but still no luck.

if fan has a fault and cant clear flue boilor will not fire up will go into lock out try turning temp knob to off then back on
