I was getting error code 37 on my F&P washing machine. The bowl will drain but won't spin. The black fan under the machine turns freely so I don't think the pump is blocked. When I try to start a spin cycle, it turns a couple of times clockwise then anti, then the motor keeps trying to engage but nothing spins. Can you help please? Thanks so much.
