Hey thanks you were right the guys at www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk were great they came out the next day and got my fridge up and running thanks a lot saved me a few bob.

i had a problem but my fridge is over 5 yrs old and samsung wouldn't help. I called the same guys we have used in the office- AGS refrigeration- and they managed to fix the fault right away thankfully and at a reasonable price..would def recommend the engineers

mine exactly the same. ring Samsung they are fixing mine for free even though had 4 years...it's a design fault.

Hi there - exactly the same thing is happening to mine - had it 3 years, humming which stopped when the fridge was opened and the fridge's temperature guage now flashing. Did you get any answers to what the problem might be - it doesnt seem right that it should not be working after only a few years.

Ive had the Samsung RSH1 side by side Fridge Freezer for just under 3 years. Recently it started makeing a lound humming sound but when the doors where opened it went away but a few seconds after shutting the doors again it started again. Now the Fridge side doesnt work at all. The freezer side is fine. Any one know what to do?
