ford ka 2002?

The heater is blowing out cold air but will not blow out hot air even with the dial turned right round to the hot setting, can you help please

if you have plenty coolant in your reservoir suspect heater control valve,look for the two heater pipes running through engine bulkhead,normally on one of these
