Problem with codes?

We had a problem with the Veritas alarm after a power cut it wouldn't reset. Eventually we sorted that . Now we can use the code to set the alarm but on re-entry we have to use 1234 or it rings continually. Anyone help please?

Thanks to those who gave helpful advice, problem sorted.
and to the 'gentleman' and I use the term loosely why come on the forum if you are fed up with answering questions. They are only stupid if you don't know the answer, which you obviously don't which is why you become anxious which in turn makes you cranky. Never mind someone will tell you how to do it if you stay on the forum long enough.

At least one "customer" has actually replied.

I still think you should try and reset your master code and start again with the panel. 1234 will be the master, delete all others you will find a manual by using Google. Or if your really clever go to www.texe.com

without looking thru a sad book of words it sounds like your using a set only code. Then using the default user code to unset.
