hi there,
i've tried setting the chime on by keying access code and then pressing 7. The display showed chime on however when opened the the door there was no chime. can you please help?

I`m with the other mind reader on this, more info might help. Between us we probably know every panel out there but as they are so similar in some cases it could be one of 10 different commands or you have as is general hit the wrong sequence. So Panel name, manufacturer and product number, even if only the RKP.

since you have not given a panel make ,its not possible to give you an answer,why oh why dont you guys think about it,do you think that there is only your panel on market?there are thousands,and they dont all work the same way,no wonder some guys on here get ******off,if you want our help,then,help us,tell us the make of your system
