Sorry, forgot to mention, the machine must be turned off when you press the 3 buttons together.

Underneath the LCD display are the 5 function buttons; pressing the 3 in the middle of this group of buttons simultaniously until you hear a beep will bring up the language selection screen again, after you turn the washing machine back on.
