how do i repair my tipper trailer when it will not lower ?

my tipper trailer will not lower after it has been emptied,how can it fix this problem???

You need to supply more info, ie what type of valve gear has it got, is it just a manual spool with a lever on it, is it cable to a lever, is it an electic solinod spool or and air opporated spool?
At a guess id say the spool has stuck but for what reason I cant say.
