temp goes down and only increases when i turn off and then on again

My Samsung SR S2026CVW has just developed an issue whereby it trips the fuse box. When the fuse board is reset, the fridge/freezer comes on, the compressor start to work but then trips the fuse again. Can anyone help or point me in the direction of help/idea's?
