I have a glowworm 18hxi boiler and the heating isnt working. How can I fix ?
The heating isnt coming on with my glowworm 18hxi boiler. I have tried reprogramming the automatic programming information and fiddling about with the heating dialnone of which has worked. The hot water is fine. Hope someone can help! thanks
If the hot water is working, it's not a boiler fault.
External controls, programmer, room thermostat all ON and calling for heat?
If so, look towards the system diverter valve probably in the airing cupboard by the cylinder.
