Hi I have e Thetford cassett porta potti. We have just bought the caravan and was told by last owners that toilet was never used. I have filled water but can not get pump to work, Have checked and no power supply to pump or micro switch. Where does the power come from so I can trace it back. Thank you Graham.

could be the fuse in the cassette housing. are you also switching on the system pump at control panel?.
