i need to know what type of oil to put in my vivaro gearbox ,the information is not in owners handbook or on the internet thanks Ken

i know someone who has put that one in and now he can hardly change gear. i was told by a gearbox specialist in leeds who reb uilds 3 or 4 of these a week just to put cheap thin engine oil in and you will never get any problems i just wanted to know what vauxhall reccomend
