Need to take a washer dryer drum apart?

I have something caught between inner drum and outer casing of my Hoover HNWL7146. Its near the bottom at the doorseal end opposie the element, and catches against the drum as it rotates 'clicking noise'. I'm not sure if this is part of the machine but something broken off, or something slipped in but it appears to be causing the drum to heat up and burn clothes on contact after spinning. Any ideas please?

Panic over...its bra bits....

Ive managed to take the element out and can now see the obstruction. It appears to be a wire. Its either caught around or attached to a bracket. I can see the end of another too. They appear to be chrome or s/st. Are they likely to be thermocouplings??? Also starting to think one of the ladies of the house have lost their underwires from a bra!! Investigating this further....
