I was in pgm2 to change a price which I achieved, but when I go back to reg and push in a clerk button followed by a product message closed store appears in the window and the till will not register. Would be grateful for any advice.

This register has system settings for centralised GLU system (networked cash registers). You need to press the 'OPEN STORE' button and that will send a message down the network to the other linked cash registers to come online.
