chipboard cupboard hinges ripped out?

the hinges of my cupboard ripped out from use. large pieces of chipboard was ripped out with the hinges.

how can i fill the holes and put the hinges back?

Prep the damaged chipboard with a PVA glue mixed with 10% water using a paintbrush.
Fill any damage with a 2 part wood filler. Drill pilot holes for any screws.
