Beko DRCS68w not Heating?

My beko condensor dryer has stopped heating. I have checked the elements and I am getting Cotinuity through them. Is there a reset button on them anywhere?

No resettable device. However a common problem is the main pcb . Check between grey and red wires on the connector on the pcb and if you get 240v then the pcb is broken.

I'm using a set of stynal testers so I don't have a reading. What reading should I get? I do have a continuity tester to check it out. If there was a stat that needed resetting, I would expect to get an open circuit?

what readings are you geting through the stat and ntc sensor mounted on the side of the element?.One should be closed circuit and on will be a kohms reading
