is it easy to take bottom arm that sprays water off ?

Hi
Have a PABL integrated dishwasher DW602BI When pans are put face down on bottom tray they never come out clean, I'm presuming the bottom arm isn't speaying water properly are they easy to take off or can anyone suggest any other possible problem
