The rocker switch sticks (moving from 2 to 4 slices) and if on 4 slices to toast, the right hand two elements dont heat up. The elements have been replaced recently, so they are not the problem. Appreciate any advice.

sounds like somehow the positive terminals coming from the toaster have somehow been switched over (so that when it says 2 it actually means 4 and vice versa). get someone who knows what they're doing to try switching them back over. (easiest at the switch end than the element end.) The switch most likely just broken. try asking dualit if you can get a new one.
