zanussi jetstream xc6 door rubber replacement?

are there any instructions for the removal and replacemnet of the door rubber as ours keeps getting lots of black stuff all over the washing, i have a new rubber seal

watch videos on youtube.AEG,Zanussi,Electrolux are fitted in exactly the same way.They are a pig to fit 1st time you do one and lots of people fail to fit new one as it is very difficult until you learn the technique!
