If you expect free advice you need to give more info. What model number? Which light exactly flashes? (Buttons do not flash so I assume you mean a light) What do you mean by water does not stay in the barrel? Does the pump run & pump it out of the drain hose or does it leak on to the floor? Not at all clear what you are talking about.
