Alarm sounded after son hit alarm bell box with bouncy ball entered code it now states to call engineer. Can I fix or do they need to come out. Scantronic 9200.
he may have tripped the tamper switch,you would be better to call out an engineer,as the panel may have to be reset wth the engineering code,send your boy to bed without supper:-)
