cl447 would on heat heat up on high temp setting?

i changed the element now heats up a treat on low but when the high setting is selected it work for a min then throws the trip switch for the wall socket checked all the wiring there is nothing touching can anyone please help cheers

difficult to answer this without doing tests on the element.Could be a faulty new element?? or you have wired it up wrong somewhere
