i have had problems starting the car i have replaced the glow plugs but still no good (you have to wind the starter motor for ages before it starts )it also feels like the car is a bit flat and has a loss of power between 2500rpm and 3500rpm

when was last time replaced fuel filter and also check for air leaks in fuel lines any chaffing of pipes etc
