Hi there ,
we are new to the keep fit game but very keen to get started .Just bought a second hand york 401 compact .The frame and weights were easy .The cable system is another matter and the instructions are not exactly very clear which cable goes on to which pulley.Consequently only one section of the equipment can be used .We have already spent hours trying to figure it out with the diagrams on the instructions and failed .Im getting annoyed now. Any body out there know anything about the york 401?
