It's the little wheely thing inside the body of the cooker. Take off the door, then take out the lower drawer and unscrew the the two screws that secure the door arm retainer to the main body. the bronze finished bracket will drop into your hand. Inspect the little wheel (if it's still there) and buy a new retainer. When you find out who sells them ,let me know will you? I can't find one for love nor money!
