its the element ,common fault,it lives behind a metal plate at rear of the oven(inside)remove all power before working on the oven,take all trays out (makes life easier)there will be two or four screws that hold plate on,the element can be held on with two screws,or nuts,if screws you can undo them,and the three screws that hold the element to the casing,pull the element gently towards you,take note of the wiring,get yourself a new element,and refit,if its held on with nuts,you will have to remove the rear panel from the oven
