Seeing as nobody else has replied try contacting Peugeot/Citroen they were involved in Tablot some years back see Wikipedia type in your search engine 'who took over Talbot' and click the wikipedia page and read it.
Of course it is a shot in the dark but they might help.Also give the weight of the vehicle unladen and approximate weight laden as there may be two differnt pressures. I had an astra that had air shocks and can't say what pressure but were pumped to loaded pressure just made it 'hard' riding when unladen.
